Deposit & Appointment Policy
A 20% deposit—with a $30 minimum and $75 maximum—is required to confirm your appointment and will be applied to your final balance. Deposits are nonrefundable. You may transfer your deposit once by rescheduling at least 48 hours before your appointment. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit and require a 50% deposit to book again.
Please contact the salon if you will be more than 15 minutes late. After 20 minutes, your service may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled. If the salon cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, your deposit will be refunded. The remaining balance is due at the appointment. Additional services or style changes must be approved before work begins.
